催化燃燒系統
催化燃(ran)燒設備是(shi)指在催化(hua)(hua)劑作(zuo)(zuo)用下燃(ran)燒的(de)(de)裝置或設(she)備。催催化(hua)(hua)燃(ran)燒設(she)備的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理是(shi):借助催化(hua)(hua)劑使有機廢氣在較(jiao)低的(de)(de)起燃(ran)溫度下進(jin)行無焰燃(ran)燒,使有機廢氣分解為二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳(tan)和水蒸汽。催化(hua)(hua)燃(ran)燒設(she)備電控(kong)制系統由PLC控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)、文本顯(xian)示器(qi)(qi)、變(bian)頻調速器(qi)(qi)、點火器(qi)(qi)、紫外線(xian)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)、熱(re)電偶等電控(kong)設(she)備以(yi)及風機,另(ling)外由零壓閥調節(jie)燃(ran)氣與(yu)空氣的(de)(de)比(bi)例。
可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物在催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑作用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)。與直接燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)相比,催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)溫(wen)度較低,燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)比較完全。催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)所(suo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑為(wei)(wei)(wei)具有大比表面的(de)貴金(jin)屬和(he)金(jin)屬氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物多組(zu)分物質。例如家用(yong)(yong)(yong)負(fu)載Pd或稀土化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合物的(de)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)氣灶,可(ke)減少尾氣中(zhong)(zhong)CO含(han)量,提高熱(re)效率。負(fu)載0.2%pt的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,在500℃下(xia),可(ke)將(jiang)大多數(shu)有機化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合物燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),脫臭凈化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)到(dao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學位移σ=1以下(xia)。催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)無焰燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),因此適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于性能要求高的(de)場合,如以H2和(he)O2為(wei)(wei)(wei)原(yuan)料的(de)燃(ran)(ran)料電池、用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽(qi)油或酒精為(wei)(wei)(wei)原(yuan)料的(de)懷爐(催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑為(wei)(wei)(wei)浸(jin)Pt石棉(mian))等。如消除(chu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工廠(chang)NOx的(de)煙(yan)霧,可(ke)加燃(ran)(ran)料到(dao)煙(yan)霧中(zhong)(zhong),通過負(fu)載型(xing)鉑和(he)鈀催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)使NOx轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)N2氣。 采用(yong)(yong)(yong)適當的(de)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)有害氣體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)物質在較低的(de)溫(wen)度下(xia)分解、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)方法(fa)。
催化燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)設(she)(she)(she)備電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統由PLC控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、文(wen)本顯(xian)(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、變(bian)頻(pin)調速器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、點(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、紫外線傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)設(she)(she)(she)備以及(ji)風(feng)機,另外由零壓閥調節燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)與(yu)空氣(qi)的(de)(de)比(bi)例。催化燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統工作過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)分為三個狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態:燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)工作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態、停止狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態及(ji)參(can)數(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態。在工作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態中又分為點(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)和(he)(he)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。由安裝的(de)(de)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)檢測(ce)出(chu)(chu)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du),送文(wen)本顯(xian)(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)顯(xian)(xian)示。PLC具(ju)有(you)模擬量輸入、輸出(chu)(chu)模塊,檢測(ce)火(huo)(huo)焰燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)和(he)(he)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),將檢測(ce)到的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)與(yu)設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)經過(guo)(guo)比(bi)較(jiao)運(yun)算后(hou),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)0~10 V電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)控(kong)制(zhi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率來調整風(feng)機的(de)(de)轉速,保持(chi)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du),這(zhe)就是構成以設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為基準的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統;自(zi)動檢測(ce)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)與(yu)設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)比(bi)較(jiao),輸出(chu)(chu)各類報警(jing)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)或直接停機。顯(xian)(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可以顯(xian)(xian)示燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)流量、燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)和(he)(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率。設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)參(can)數(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)工作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態等信(xin)(xin)息;可以通(tong)過(guo)(guo)顯(xian)(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在線調整運(yun)行溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)參(can)數(shu)(shu),修(xiu)改設(she)(she)(she)定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)風(feng)機的(de)(de)運(yun)行。該系(xi)(xi)統還設(she)(she)(she)有(you)多種保護功能(neng),尤(you)其(qi)是較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)(de)邏(luo)輯互鎖功能(neng),從而保證系(xi)(xi)統工作可靠,并(bing)且具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)為完善的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)功能(neng)。
催化燃燒設備的特點(dian):
